GBC Asset Management
AssetTrack for Ghana Broadcasting Corporation: equipment, sites, and maintenance across 31 transmitter stations and 7 TV channels.
The problem
GBC tracks kit across the country. Paper and spreadsheets could not tell a technician what was at a site, what was due, or what had already failed.
What I built
A web system for assets, locations, and maintenance so operations can see the estate without calling every station.
What changed
Operational work around assets improved by about 25%. Reports that used to be assembled by hand now come from the system.
