GBC Palm
GBC Palm puts GBC’s channels — GTV, GTV Sports+, GBC News — on a phone, without a satellite dish in the room.
The problem
GBC’s programmes lived on broadcast. Younger audiences watch on phones. There was no official way to take the day’s output with you.
What I built
A mobile app for live and on-demand GBC television, built so the stream holds on ordinary Ghanaian connections.
What changed
GBC’s channels reached phones. Engagement on mobile rose by about 20%.
